Disclaimer - This is an "ex post facto" blog. So, in truth, this is not a real "blog". So here's my (our) account of the history of this insanity from the conception of an idea in 2004, all the way to 2009 and the final stages of bulding a modest home on the Island of St. John in the Virgin Islands.
